Dichotomy...

I am now well on my way to having a ton of ID badges/swipe cards. Yay! Apparently, the more things you have on your belt clip/lanyard at GD, the cooler you are. Today I got my building access card so I can go to work outside of business hours (hahaha) or use the fitness center in the basement (hahaha). But the then again, you never know when I might do something stupid like leave my phone at work and have to go back to get it after 6 pm and then I'd need the card. Better safe than sorry. I also got CCed a request from my boss to get me a photo ID for Lockheed in Manassass, since I'm supposed to be going out there a lot once my final clearance is issued (I have an interim clearance at the moment). Speaking of which, once I get that, I can apply for my Classified Courier badge so I can transport classified materials. That's at least 4 thing on my belt clip. Whoo!! And all that should be easily by the end of September. No one will think I'm a newbie anymore!
